We’re looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer

We’re expanding our data science team to tackle complex analytics and automation challenges. This isn‘t a role where you just train models in a vacuum. We need someone who can sit down with business teams, understand their workflows and build production grade solutions that actually solve their problems.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to find high value opportunities and turning them into clear analytics projects.
• Taking ownership of the entire process from cleaning data, prototyping, testing to shipping models.
• Setting up robust MLOps practices so our models stay stable, monitored, and optimized in production.
• Helping team members grow their technical skills and consulting approach.
