Shift timings: 8:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST (Rotated 2 shifts)
Job Responsibilities:
Work on incidents and service requestsJob monitoring and fixesWork on enhancements and developments of workflowsQualifications:
4+ years of experience working in MatillionExperience in developing features for enterprise level data warehouse and knowledge of data warehousing conceptsAbility to deliver support services to meet SLAs, Good debugging skillsShould have continuous improvement attitude and identify areas for problem managementExperience in cross skilling team to create backups, working in 24/7 support environment providing team coverage for priority (P1/P2) issuesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
