Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and issues to verify that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Document activity and coordinate via Project Management systems.
Support and contribute on various project activities, including SCRUM meetings, project plan updates, internal communication, tracking progress of tasks, and follow‑up.
Participate in client presentations and functionality demonstrations.
Preferred Experience
At least 2 years IT/OT systems management experience and knowledge in: server hardware; network infrastructure; firewall configuration; cybersecurity; and data storage.
Experience with Data Acquisition System (DAS) or SCADA software platforms.
Ability to read electrical, network, infrastructure, and cabling drawings.
