The incumbent shall support the LED Project team by performing data-related verification and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Verification
β’ Check, compare, and confirm accuracy of records in the system.
β’ Identify any missing, inconsistent, or duplicate entries.
β’ Flag discrepancies to Engineer promptly.
2. Data Entry & Updating
β’ Input new information into the database as instructed.
β’ Update existing records to ensure all data is current and accurate.
3. Quality Control
β’ Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain data integrity.
β’ Perform routine checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
4. Documentation
β’ Record findings, corrections, and exceptions clearly.
β’ Prepare simple daily or weekly summaries of work completed.
