Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Validate healthcare data through outbound calling 
Provide knowledgeable answers to inquiries regarding provided data 
Conduct research on healthcare data to formulate accurate answers for assigned tasks 
Document every task in a detailed and structured manner 
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs 
 Requirements  2+ years of call handling experience 
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills 
Proficiency with MS Office tools 
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative 
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize  
Willingness to work night or rotational shifts 
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience
