Role: Database Administration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• ITIL Process Support: Assist in implementing and following ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management under guidance.
• Incident Handling: Log incidents, perform initial checks on Azure resources and databases, and escalate issues to senior engineers when required.
• Technical Exposure: Gain hands‑on experience in Azure administration and database basics (SQL/DB2 preferred) while learning OS fundamentals.
• Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting for database connectivity, backup status, and Azure resource alerts with team support.
• Infrastructure Services: Support routine tasks for Azure services and database maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and updates.
