Reporting to the Membership & Benefits Manager, the Database Administrator is responsible for the administration, customization, and optimization of the organization’s NetSuite environment and related systems. This role leads database structure, system integrations, workflow automation, and reporting design to enhance operational efficiency and data-informed decision‑making.
