**Job Description:**

**FAM Integrity Officer and Co-Use Coordinator tasks will include:**

+ Represent customer as the administrator of the Facility Accreditation Module (FAM) system, which includes managing user accounts and supporting user access.
+ Train FAM users desk side and in formal classroom sessions.
+ Execute the development of ad hoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required to ensure data integrity, access data accuracy, and to support FAM management.
