Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot database track jobs and data pipelines
• Analyze logs and manage incidents and tasks in ServiceNow
• Use Control-M for scheduling and operational support
• Handle file transfers and access using FileZilla, WinSCP, and PuTTY
• Support coverage on Saturdays and Sundays with rotational shifts

Requirements

• Strong Control-M experience
• ServiceNow incident and task management
• Basic SQL knowledge, including select queries and subqueries
• Familiarity with DataStage monitoring and troubleshooting
• Advanced English communication skills
• Ability to work CST hours and weekend shifts
