The Design Manager will lead and coordinate design development for the Seinäjoki compound project (Phases 2 & 3). This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and project leadership to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant design delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams (mechanical, electrical, CSA)
• Oversee design development from concept through detailed design stages
• Collaborate closely with project leadership and stakeholders (including Filipe F.)
• Ensure alignment with project timelines, budget, and technical standards
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners
• Review and validate design deliverables, specifications, and drawings
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and HSE standards
• Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives
