Primary point of contract for day-to-day pro‑active engagement with clients, execute various day‑2 short projects within time
Partnering with the stakeholders to ensure the clarity and understanding of the objectives and timelines and analyze the resource needs of the project
Collaborate with various team members to get the required data and/or solutions for customer inquiry and requirements that are within scope
Working with partners, internal stakeholders and clients, present weekly/ biweekly/ monthly & quarterly reviews
Involves in draft review of contracts with customers and partners, supports negotiation efforts , ensure timely PO issuance and other associated activities that are required for the day‑2 delivery
Project/ forecast cost and revenue at regular intervals and in a position to present it internally
Follows through various actions till closure
