Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County has an opening for a full-time Day Camp Counselor working from the Jamestown, NY office.

The Day Camp Counselor will work as a part of the 4-H Youth Development team at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County to assist in teaching youth 5-12 years of age a variety of activities and meeting the needs of the campers.

This is a temporary position expected to begin mid-July with expected end date early September.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • High school or college student.• Desire and ability to work with children indoors and outdoors.• Ability to clearly communicate (speak, read, and write proficiently) in English.• Ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position. • Ability to meet acceptable background check standards.• Proficiency with windows-based software including use of the internet and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher...
