SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Head Custodian, the Day Custodian is responsible
for satisfactorily performing functions associated with custodial operations, including minor
maintenance tasks. Individual work area assignments may not be given, but rather a team cleaning approach used throughout the building.

The basic work week of full-time employees will be eight (8) hours per day, forty () hours per week and are subject to the right of the Facilities Custodial Supervisor to schedule overtime work.

RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Perform structured and non-structured cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, gyms, locker rooms, cafeterias, kitchens, office areas and all other school areas with a minimum of supervision.
