Job Summary Mental Health Practitioners (MHP) provide services to children, adults, and families experiencing mental health concerns. Working under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), MHPs support clients in strengthening skills that improve daily functioning and overall well-being. Supervisory Responsibilities MHPs do not provide direct supervision to other employees. They are expected to collaborate and coordinate with Fernbrook team members who share clients or caseload responsibilities.
