HCM Project Manager / Dayforce Project Manager
Remote (UK) | £60,000 – £80,000 + package

Focus on DF are supporting a growing HCM consultancy supporting customers through complex HR, Payroll, WFM and Dayforce implementation programmes.

The business is continuing to grow and is now strengthening its Project Management capability, with a focus on building a consistent, scalable PMO framework across customer implementations.

The Role
As a Dayforce Project Manager, you will directly impact the successful delivery of HCM and Dayforce implementation programmes.

You will own:

• Project Delivery: Lead customer-facing HCM and Dayforce implementation projects from planning through to delivery.
• Governance & Control: Own project plans, RAID logs, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
