This role ensures that Dayforce remains accurate, compliant, and optimised to support the business’s workforce, payroll, and people‑management processes. The post holder acts as a key link between Retail, HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, ensuring that configuration changes are well controlled, documented, and aligned to both business requirements and Dayforce best practice.
