CTG is seeking an experienced DB2 Systems Programmer to support and maintain IBM Db2 for z/OS environments within a large-scale enterprise infrastructure. This role is responsible for Db2 installation, configuration, subsystem performance tuning, disaster recovery readiness, security, and overall database platform stability supporting mission-critical business applications.

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ metro area; hybrid working model
**Duration:** 6 months with option to convert after 6 months

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM Db2 for z/OS environments
+ Perform subsystem administration, maintenance, and performance tuning
+ Support high availability, resiliency, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery initiatives
