The role will lead and manage day-to-day operations of the enterprise data platform, ensuring reliability, availability, performance, and security across databases, data pipelines, and supporting cloud services. Key experience and expectations:

+ Senior-level Data Operations / Database Operations leadership experience, with 10+ years preferred.

+ Strong hands-on background in SQL Server, T-SQL, database administration, Azure data platforms, and Azure Data Factory.

+ Experience leading and optimizing on-premise and cloud-based data platforms, including performance, reliability, security, and operational support.

+ Ability to establish and maintain operating procedures, monitoring, incident management, and production support practices.
