**Overall Job Summary**

**This position will work Shift 10A - Tuesday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.** This position is responsible for supporting the management of Human Resources (HR) activities, programs and policies that directly relate to the local distribution center (DC). These programs and policies include compensation, employee relations/labor relations, recruiting and employment, employee diversification/Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), performance management, training, and employee communications.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**
