Calo Inc is seeking a DCDP – Butchery for the Calo Kitchen in Dubai. The role involves supporting the butchery team with meat preparation, cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning to Calo standards while ensuring storage, sanitation, and safety.

You will work alongside senior chefs to maintain high-quality cuts and minimize waste. You should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, be currently in the UAE, and communicate well in English.
