Role Summary The DCI Repair Technician is responsible for the dismantle, clean, and inspect processes of all pumps (repair or upgrade) and decoking equipment. In this role the DCI Repair Technician will utilize precision inspection equipment to measure dimensions of components and assemblies. The DCI Repair Technician will also repair and assemble equipment meeting quality standards, company policies, and on‑time delivery. Responsibilities Follow instructions given in pre‑job briefings and complete all checklists, routers, and procedures. Clean each part to be reused and document the condition of components. Use hand torches and liquid nitrogen when appropriate in the teardown process. Disassemble products to repair or replace defective materials or worn parts and make other repairs, as necessary.
