About the Role

The Deal Desk Analyst will partner with sales teams providing guidance and recommendations on deal pricing, commercial structure, and contract terms, and on building, reviewing, and approving standard and non‑standard quotes. The Deal Desk Analyst will liaise with key stakeholders across Sales Management, Legal, Finance, Product & Pricing, and Services in securing approvals all in‑line with Sitecore’s financial and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Sales Teams in building commercial quotes for customers
• Review, approve or reject all standard and non‑standard quotes to ensure compliance with Sitecore’s Empowerment Rules
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Sales Management, Legal, Finance, Product & Pricing, Services, and Sales Operations to facilitate the deal process, including deal approvals
