It encompasses the integration of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management to execute strategic projects effectively. The Project Manager also drives governance, operational readiness, and proactive communication enabling successful project completion that supports deal profitability, performance efficiency, and long-term customer satisfaction.
