BAIC México is looking for a
Dealer Development Manager
to support the growth and professionalization of our dealer network across the country.
This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in the
automotive sector
, preferably with an OEM or dealer network, who enjoys working in the field, building strong dealer relationships, and driving business results.
Main Responsibilities Develop, support, and strengthen BAIC’s dealer network in México. Conduct regular dealer visits to evaluate sales operations, facilities, customer experience, and compliance with brand standards. Drive dealer performance through business follow-up, action plans, and continuous coaching. Support retail and wholesale sales objectives in coordination with the Sales team.
