Description:
Oversee the overall performance and profitability of the dealership.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, policies, and operational requirements.
Monitor dealership performance through KPI analysis and reporting.
Drive new and used vehicle sales performance.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Manage dealership budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Analyse financial reports and implement corrective actions where required.
Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
Requirements:

Minimum 8–10 years' automotive dealership management experience.
Proven experience as a Dealer Principal, General Manager, or Senior Dealership Executive.
Experience within premium automotive brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi,...
