Duties and responsibilities : Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff; Monitor the sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments; Maintain and increase market penetration; Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal of a vehicle dealership

• Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Haval etc.

• Solid track reference and excellent management skills

• Ability to ensure profitable business

• Clear criminal record

• Tertiary education and management training beneficial
