Assist the product engineer in achieving yield targets, scrap cost targets, debug accuracy targets, and lean project evaluations.
Support PE evaluations, projects, and analysis; evaluate BOM cost improvements (over temp), test time reduction projects, prime yield improvement, spec file verifications/qualifications (including Partest); confirm OBA failures and perform analyses; conduct ROHS debug and failure analysis; execute real‑time debug and produce debug findings reports.
Improve debug accuracy through training with a PE buddy (RWK, NTF accuracy; retest reduction opportunities).
Monitor scrap costs by product.
Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, cleanroom, and housekeeping guidelines.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior.
