Your Role

Assessment & Engineering Studies (VDA / IGA)

• Collect, analyze, and consolidate site, building, and system data
• Perform and coordinate technical assessments and feasibility studies for energy retrofit projects
• Define the technical scope, design assumptions, and performance targets
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering studies (HVAC, piping, electrical, controls, civil/structural interfaces)
• Ensure overall technical integration and consistency across disciplines and systems
• Review, challenge, and validate engineering studies produced by Engineering Offices
• Conduct coengineering and design review workshops with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks
