In this role, you will provide lifecycle support for standalone (non-ELA) workstations and kiosks, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical systems. You will perform operating system upgrades, software installations, system hardening, monthly maintenance, and troubleshooting while supporting customer operational requirements.
