Red Hat’s North American Public Sector Customer Success team is looking for an experienced enterprise-level engineer to join us as a Dedicated Operations Technical Account Manager (DO-TAM) in Huntsville, AL.

This is a **100% On-Site Position [not remote].** You will act as a dedicated resource, working daily at the customer's Huntsville facility to tailor support for their containerized environments, facilitate collaboration with other vendors, and serve as their primary OpenShift technical champion within Red Hat. **Candidates must be located in the Huntsville area for daily onsite reporting** .
