Summary Coordinate all construction site activities and supervise field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality workmanship and ensuring all safety protocols are practiced with all on-site activities. Primary Responsibilities Management of construction project field operations to include leadership of personnel and management of company assets including construction equipment, material and other project related tools. Lead in accordance with Russo policies, procedures and priorities within project contract. Lead field operations of trade personnel for effectiveness & efficiency.
