About The Role

We’re looking for a highly passionate and creative Deli Operations Specialist to champion deli and meal solutions across New World and PAK’nSAVE stores in the Lower North Island. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you’ll inspire teams, elevate merchandising standards, and bring innovation to life in store. You’ll work closely with Store Managers and Deli Teams to deliver an outstanding fresh food experience that excites customers and drives performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support stores to deliver exceptional deli offers, with a strong focus on quality, freshness, and innovation
• Champion best‑in‑class merchandising standards, ensuring displays are visually inspiring, abundant, and customer‑focused
• Coach and develop Deli Managers and teams to build capability, confidence, and consistency
• Drive sales, margin, and waste improvement through strong operational practices and product execution
