+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all Delinea-related inquiries and issues.
+ Provide expert advice on configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Delinea products.
+ Support the deployment and support of Delinea solutions in production environments.
+ Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for clients and internal teams.
+ Identify opportunities for improving the performance and management of Delinea solutions and contribute to product enhancements.
