Job Description
The Deliverability & Channel Standards Owner owns communication strategy, engagement optimization, channel governance, and performance measurement across email, SMS, and push notification programs.
This individual leverages analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, customer behavior insights, and machine learning recommendations to determine the best audience, channel, message frequency, and timing for customer communications.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and able to translate complex customer behavior data into actionable communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and enforce channel standards related to:
o Email deliverability and sender reputation
o SMS compliance and opt-out requirements
o Push notification frequency and engagement thresholds
• Establish and maintain cross-channel communication governance policies
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement data to determine optimal:
o Audience targeting
