About the role
As a Delivery Assurance Specialist, you will manage tracking and shipping processes to ensure day-to-day delivery assurance objectives are met. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing solutions and process improvements for shipment and supplier issues to guarantee on-time delivery, minimize negative business impacts during shortages, and directly support customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Assurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Supplier Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Track the flow of critical parts through supplier manufacturing shops, from raw materials to final shipment, ensuring timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components.
Root Cause Analysis & Recovery: Identify causes of delivery delays and implement recovery plans to bring shipments back in line with customer requirements.
