Our client is seeking a talented Delivery Coach to become a member of their team in Barangaroo, New South Wales.

The Delivery Coach is responsible for analysing organisational practices, leadership capabilities, team effectiveness and workplace systems to support the successful delivery of leadership development programmes, organisational improvement initiatives and workforce capability projects.

The role works closely with executives, leadership teams and employees to identify organisational challenges, assess current methods and processes, develop tailored improvement initiatives and support the implementation of leadership and organisational development programmes.
