Position Overview

            Process Delivery Orders, Credit Notes and related documents to customers; 
Responsible for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales & Stock reports; 
Co-ordinate with Store, Marketing Dept & Transporters on delivery of goods; 
Ensure all goods are checked and loaded as per sales order for delivery to customers; 
Carry out physical stock-take on a quarterly basis as well as to do stock reconcilation; 
Assist in answering incoming calls; 
Any other matter to be assigned by the management from time to time
