Position Overview

Own and govern a portfolio of software delivery programs across multiple customers, business units, and technology domains. 
Build strong delivery leadership capabilities through regular reviews, guidance, feedback, and structured development plans. 
Act as the senior delivery representative and trusted advisor for strategic customer accounts. 
Own portfolio-level financial performance, delivery margins, utilization, forecasting, and profitability. 
Ensure consistent usage of delivery trackers, project dashboards, action registers, and governance artifacts.
