Position Overview

  • Pick up, transport, and deliver goods to customers in a safe and timely manner.
  • Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Verify delivery orders, invoices, and customer information for accuracy.
  • Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS navigation and traffic updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and handling special requests.
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate records of deliveries and transactions.
  • Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver (experience in logistics or courier services is a plus).
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages.
  • Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
