What's the opportunity?RBC's Agentic AI Enablement team is a specialized engineering force that embeds directly into strategic use cases, delivers production-grade agentic systems, and builds institutional muscle for agentic AI at scale. We need a Delivery Lead to run the execution engine across concurrent delivery squads, keeping engineers focused, unblocked, and shipping.Reporting to the Sr. Director, Agentic AI Enablement, the Delivery Lead owns delivery operations across the team's active engagement portfolio. You'll lead a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), operationalize engineering-informed timelines into sprint plans, and ensure squads deliver against commitments while maintaining the pace and quality expected of a high-intensity delivery organization.This is not a traditional program delivery role.
