• Have managed large (100+ FTE) Application maintenance and support outsourcing teams with diverse technologies, including data suppor
• Deep understanding in ITIL processes and familiarity in six sigma quality standards
• Proficient in various SLA/KPI models prevalent in the IT service
• Ability to independently run overall account governance meetings with client. Drive creation of related reporting and governance decks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
