Responsibilities

• Subject Matter expertise in at least 3-4 modules in Flexcube 11.2 and 14 version especially in Payments, Trade finance, CASA , Loans , Interest & Charges, PC etc.
• Manager is a resource who manages medium size/complex application from development/support perspective. The person needs to exhibit strong independent contribution
• Manage a diversified team of professionals both onshore, offshore and outsourced who are responsible for critical applications delivery & support bank wide.
• Responsible to understand the BRD and effectively convert the business requirements to Functional specifications and manage end to end delivery
• Conduct system analysis and provide support to the business needs of the bank.
• Functional expertise in the assessment of issues and initiatives to support and enhance systems with concern manager.
