You’ll lead your squad operating as both their strategic delivery partner and internal squad leader. You’ll work across projects and ongoing support for merchants, ensuring their goals are achieved.

You’ll be the face of delivery for these merchants, building trust, driving results, and executing both the roadmap and the squad to deliver sustained impact.

Supported by a Delivery Lead, you’ll balance big-picture outcomes with hands-on squad management, ensuring every initiative runs efficiently, profitably, and with precision.

This role is designed for scale, focus, and deeper merchant partnerships.
