Position responsibilities:  
+ The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment 
+ This role will manage key operating performance indicators including offload rates as well as managing performance to budget and meeting financial goals
+ You will establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing oversight to route planning to meet customer needs
+ This role will also need to partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement
+ The Delivery Manager will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety 
+ Other duties as assigned
