Job Description – Delivery Manager & Solution Designer (Mobile Telecoms Network Monitoring)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager & Solution Designer to lead the delivery, integration, and ongoing evolution of mobile telecoms network monitoring solutions across multiple customer environments. The role combines technical solution design, programme delivery, stakeholder management, and operational governance, with a strong focus on telecoms observability and network performance monitoring platforms including Infovista Ativa, Keysight KVO, network aggregators, and Tap infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, mobile network operators, internal engineering teams, and third-party suppliers to deliver scalable, high-performance monitoring and analytics solutions across complex telecoms environments.
