What You'll Do:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
20+ years of IT service delivery experience, with at least 5 years managing Cloud Operations for Saa S or ERP platforms.
Proven experience managing global teams (onsite/offshore) and 24x7 operations.
