What You'll Do

+ Take customer calls and enter service requests into the system

+ Create and manage tickets for billing issues and CO2 tank service

+ Schedule and dispatch technicians for deliveries, refills, and equipment service

+ Coordinate service calls and help ensure timely completion

+ Handle order entry and maintain accurate records

+ Work closely with customers, technicians, and internal teams to resolve issues

What We're Looking For

+ Customer service, call center, dispatch, or logistics experience

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Comfortable working in multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office

+ Experience with order entry, scheduling, or administrative support preferred

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
