Description

This position is a trainee position, designed to lead to employment opportunities as a Delivery Representative. This is an entry-level position that typically would be filled by someone with minimal or no experience in the beverage distribution field but who holds or is able to promptly obtain a CDL-A Permit.

The Trainee Driver's primary duties include learning and following the Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales and minimized returns. The Trainee Driver will observe, and then practice, the daily Pre-Trip Inspection of the vehicle to which he is assigned, and he will learn to identify what tools and equipment are needed for that day's deliveries and make sure they are available on the truck.
