We're hiring our first dedicated Demand Generation Manager to own the engine that turns marketing activity into a qualified sales pipeline. Your job is to take full ownership of those systems, build the MQL-to-SQL engine, and make marketing a predictable source of pipeline.
What you'll own
- CRM & marketing automation. Full ownership of HubSpot — workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, attribution, reporting.
- Outbound sequences. Design, copy, cadence, and optimization of our outbound campaigns across markets.
- Nurture & lifecycle. Every nurture flow, end to end — inbound, PLG, sales-accepted, and re‑engagement of closed‑lost contacts.
- Webinar conversion. The funnel behind every webinar we run. Registration, pre-event nurture, post-event follow-up, meeting booking, attribution.
