Position Overview

            Key Deliverables:  Develop accurate IT demand forecasts and manage resource planning cycles 
Align project demand with business goals and available technical capacity 
Optimize resource allocation across projects and report financial utilization 
Analyze past trends and metrics to improve future demand planning 
 Role Responsibilities:  Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project requirements and resource needs 
Monitor and adjust resource schedules to meet shifting project priorities 
Provide timely demand and capacity reports to leadership
